AEDIVE is a non-profit, independent association whose trajectory and representation through its full-fledged member companies – manufacturers and distributors of electric vehicles and various types of charging points, charging station operators, commercial companies, auxiliary industry and components, leasing and renting companies, engineering firms, management and consultancy firms, software and hardware companies, transport operators, technological centers, universities, and professional end users (fleets) – have made it a valid interlocutor for public administrations, both central and regional, and local, regarding the promotion of electric vehicles.

In addition to its role in national representation of the electric vehicle industry and technology, AEDIVE is part of national and international associations that provide added value in its role as a reference in electric mobility. It is a member of the Spanish Technological Platform for Automotive and Mobility Move2Future. It is also one of the founding members of the Inercia Alliance, an associated member of the European Group eMI3 for Communication and Information technologies and interoperability of charging infrastructures, and the representative of the Spanish market in the European Association for Electric Vehicles, AVERE.
