The «GUILD OF WOMEN IN ENERGY CHILE» is an association of women who work professionally in the energy sector or in activities related to this national productive sector.

According to the Bylaws, the purpose of the Association is to promote the development of its members, fostering the eradication of discrimination against women in the sector, substantive equality between men and women in the industry, as well as public and private dialogue on issues affecting women in this field. Female employability will be promoted throughout the professional life journey, and greater participation of women in positions of responsibility and decision-making will be encouraged. Likewise, it aims to highlight women as necessary, capable, and influential agents in the energy transition process in order to participate in the development of the sector in all its aspects.
