• The Due Diligence area:
  Kiwa Moroni supports its clients with technical and instrumental due diligence in M&A processes, project finance and project development, by working with major banks and investors, and providing an independent assessment of their investments.
• The Owner Engineering area:
  Kiwa Moroni assists its customers by providing independent technical support during the design phase, procurement, negotiation of the EPC/O&M contracts, plant construction and acceptance procedures (PAC, IAC, FAC).
• The Engineering area:
  Kiwa Moroni carries out feasibility studies, technical documentation for the grid connection request, and the definitive design for the request of authorization for the construction and operation of the plants.
