The group produces hydro, wind, solar and gas-fired power and also supplies district heating. It is also a global energy market management company with 4,800 employees in 19 countries.<\/p><p>In Spain, Statkraft has a large renewable portfolio and is the market leader in the forward sale and purchase of renewable energy, with more than 50 PPAs signed with Spanish companies and more than 1.2 GW of solar and wind capacity represented.
